If you keep finding yourself frustrated because you never seem to progress beyond a certain point (maybe negatives, or a certain band thickness), and you're starting to wonder if you're even built for pull-ups, you need this course!
While the Pull-Up is an upper body dominant movement, you need the whole body to work *well* as a unit to really succeed. Too many people have burned themselves out with inappropriate progressions, and not enough recovery.
At the PUA we start with strong foundations, optimizing shoulder and core motor control and stability. We address training frequency, volume and intensity with our full body workouts to build the upper body's strength, without losing it in the lower body.

About Your Coach
Marianne Kane is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and former Cardiac Nurse with a passion for helping people face big challenges. Her love for short, effective & fun home workouts saw her work listed in Shape's Top 10 Workout Channels on Youtube, and as an advocate of strength training for women, she Co-Founded both Girls Gone Strong and Get Glutes. After realizing the benefits of strength training to her own confidence and health - due to a diagnosis of a chronic pain disorder - she now coaches and inspires others to achieve things they previous thought impossible...like pull-ups.
Why Our 18 Week Course Is Different:
Full Body Training
This isn't an "add-on" pull-up plan. It's a whole body, whole person coaching experience. Each phase you get brand new workouts with video demos - suitable for home or the gym - which build essential training skills, intensity, and volume so you can reach your pull-up goal in a way that's best for you.
While not compulsory, we highly recommend submitting videos for Marianne's expert coaching feedback. Often it's the smallest tweak that makes the biggest difference. Based on feedback from past groups, we have made this an optional add-on service to lower the cost for everyone.
